Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Implementation Consultant with hands-on payroll experience to help customers implement our SaaS payroll solutions. You will guide clients from requirements through configuration, data migration, testing and go-live, working directly with customers.

You’ll manage multiple payroll implementations, deliver training, and support go-live while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll knowledge essential.
• Experience in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding or technical consulting.
• Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Experience with payroll software or systems.
• Understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration or data transformation.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, projects or priorities.
• Ability to explain software and technical information clearly.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers.
• Translate customers' payroll processes into the right software setup.
• Configure SaaS workflows and customer-specific requirements.
• Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing.
• Work with APIs, ETL and data transformation as needed.
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing and go-live readiness.
• Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers.
• Support customers during go-live and ongoing support.
• Manage multiple customer projects and priorities.
