Marks Sattin is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the Payroll Team Leadership and help deliver a high-quality payroll, pensions and expenses service. You will ensure accurate, compliant processing, meet SLAs/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through standardisation, automation and stronger controls.

• Experience in payroll processing within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance (HMRC).
• Experience administering workplace pensions and understanding governance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Payroll Team Leadership to ensure high-quality payroll and pensions services.
• Deliver against SLAs and KPIs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify and deliver process improvements through standardisation and automation.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of payroll, pensions and expenses within your remit.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks, including HMRC and pension legislation.
