Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll & Pensions Co-ordinator to join a busy team delivering multi-jurisdiction payrolls across the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Ireland, with hands-on SAP usage in a high-volume environment.

You will manage end-to-end payroll and pension processing for around 3,500 employees, handle auto enrolment, pensions data, HMRC RTI, starters and leavers, and liaise with external providers.

• Liaise with pension providers and stakeholders
• Reconcile and submit pension provider reports

My client is a logistics firm looking for a Payroll & Pensions Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. Working across multiple payrolls and pension schemes for UK, Jersey, Guernsey & Ireland you will be working with a friendly lively team you will be working on SAP on a hands on basis overseeing high volume payroll.

Job Description

You will be responsible for working as part of team processing high volume payrolls totalling around 3500. The role would suit someone who has used SAP previously although not essential

Responsibilities

• Assessing employees in accordance with Auto Enrolment requirements, collating and distributing pension brochure packs where required.
• End to end payroll & prension processing for UK, Jersey, Guernsey, and Ireland
• Manual Calculations
• Handling all pay queries
• Starters and leavers

• Inputting working hours and deductions to system
• P45's,P60's, P11d's
• Reviewing information from The Pensions Regulator and HMRC
• HMRC & RTI submissions
• Coordinating pension data to external providers
• Liasing with pension providers
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Coordinating, reconciling and submitting pension provider reports
