• Experience administering payroll and pension systems in line with statutory regulations.
• Ability to process payroll transactions including expenses, statutory payments and absences.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain payroll and pension systems, ensuring records are accurate and compliant.
• Process payroll-related transactions within agreed timescales.
• Reconcile payroll control accounts and pension accounts for accuracy.
• Maintain manual and computerised payroll records and perform reconciliations.
• Produce reports, returns, and management information from payroll data.
• Support month-end, year-end payroll processes and deadlines.
• Assist with statutory returns, accounts, and audits.
• Handle complex payroll enquiries with confidentiality and data protection compliance.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to system enhancements.
• Build relationships with colleagues, pension providers, auditors and external agencies.
