Job summary

Transaction Recruitment are supporting a Solihull based client in their search for an experienced Payroll Officer to join them on an initial 15 month contract basis, offering an immediate start. You will be working as part of a successful payroll function, which is responsible for processing various payrolls from start to finish for 1000+ employees.

The role requires current SAP SuccessFactors experience and is fully office based in Solihull.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience, working within a fast paced payroll department.
• Confident user of SAP Success Factors.
• Processing starters and leavers.
• Calculating holiday and national insurance.
• Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP.
• Pensions knowledge.
• Query resolution.
• Confident user of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls for 1000+ employees from start to finish.
• Handle starters and leavers and payroll changes.
• Resolve payroll queries in a timely manner.
• Calculate holiday entitlement and NI contributions.
• Assist with SSP, SMP and SPP calculations.
