Job summary

Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Solihull based client in their search for an experienced Payroll Officer to join them on an initial 15 month contract basis, offering an immediate start. You will be working as part of a successful payroll function, which is responsible for processing various payrolls from start to finish for 1000+ employees.

This position is fully office based and requires someone with current SAP Success Factors experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a fast-paced payroll department.
• Confident user of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience handling starters and leavers.
• Ability to calculate holiday and national insurance.
• Experience calculating SSP, SMP and SPP.
• Pensions knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process starters and leavers.
• Calculate holiday entitlement and national insurance.
• Compute SSP, SMP and SPP.
• Resolve payroll-related queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and data.
• Assist with pension-related tasks as required.
