Agincare is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a payroll function for ~6,000 staff across multiple sites in the UK. You will manage a team of eight, ensure accurate, on-time payroll, and maintain compliance with NMW, UKVI and regulatory requirements.

The role offers fully funded training, pension, and opportunities to influence system improvements and collaborate with senior stakeholders across a national organisation.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience and leadership of a payroll team.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with NMW and UKVI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a payroll team of eight and manage end-to-end payroll processes.
• Collaborate with Operational, Finance, HR and Recruitment teams to improve accuracy.
• Oversee system integrity and IRIS Staffology usage.
• Develop and implement payroll controls and reporting.
• Manage relationships with HMRC and pension providers.
