Job summary

Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Leicestershire hybrid is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead two Payroll Assistants and oversee 11 monthly payrolls for around 2,000 colleagues, delivering accurate payroll on time.

You will help shape improvements and assist with the introduction of a new payroll system, with a 12-month fixed-term contract that could become permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll controls, reconciliations, reporting and escalated queries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance and support a new payroll system rollout.
• Review processes and drive improvements.

You ll lead two Payroll Assistants and oversee 11 monthly payrolls covering around 2,000 colleagues. You ll have the support to deliver payroll accurately and on time, while helping shape improvements and prepare the business for a new payroll system.

What you ll be doing

• Leading, supporting and developing two Payroll Assistants
• Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of 11 monthly payrolls
• Managing payroll controls, reconciliations, reporting and escalated queries
• Ensuring payroll processes meet statutory requirements
• Working closely with HR, Finance and colleagues across the business
• Reviewing processes and supporting the introduction of a new payroll system

What you ll bring
