Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own and optimize European payroll operations from Bracknell. You will manage end-to-end payrolls with third-party providers and lead country-specific activities to ensure accurate year-end processing.

You will audit complex commission reports, manage benefits and expenses, and collaborate with Treasury and Finance for reconciliations. A strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and quick learner of new systems.
• High accuracy, confidentiality and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Payroll: process multiple monthly European payrolls with third-party providers.
• Lead country operations: own specific country payrolls including year-end activities.
• Audit commissions: independently audit complex reports and resolve employee queries.
• Handle benefits & expenses: accurately track and process through payroll.
• Partner internationally: collaborate with Treasury, Finance and internal teams.
• Drive reporting & audits: deliver monthly reports and support external audits.
• Cross-train & grow: learn all European payrolls within the team.
