Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking a Payroll Lead to own the end-to-end payroll function for a growing business. This fully remote role requires you to manage both weekly and monthly payrolls and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Based in Yorkshire, you will lead onboarding of new payrolls from acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions while working independently and taking ownership of the payroll process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience.
• Experience handling weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Solid knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC.
• Experience with multiple payrolls and acquisitions preferred.

Payroll Lead - Remote - £38,000-£40,000 + benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Lead to take ownership of the payroll function for a growing, acquisitive business.

This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in Yorkshire.

You will manage a mix of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time. As the business continues to acquire new companies, you will also be responsible for bringing new payrolls into the function and making sure the transition is smooth.

We are looking for someone with strong end-to-end payroll experience who is confident working independently and managing the full payroll process.

Key requirements:

• Strong end-to-end payroll experience
• Experience with weekly and monthly payrolls
• Good knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC
• Comfortable managing multiple payrolls
• Experience of payroll integration's or acquisitions would be useful

We are looking for someone with solid end-to-end payroll experience who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the function.
