Job summary

Heywood is seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join the Project and Implementation team. You will manage and deliver payroll software solutions for customers, provide UAT support, and produce essential documentation and training materials.

You will work with developers to enhance the product, deliver tests and release readiness, and mentor junior colleagues, within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Ability to produce process documentation and training plans.
• Willingness to provide UAT support and testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver payroll software solutions to customers.
• Provide training internally and externally, and perform testing on new payroll product modules.
• Provide 3rd line support to Service Desk on an ad hoc basis.
• Work with software developers to maintain and enhance the product.
• Create high-quality documentation including Payroll Implementation Studies.
• Create test plans and assist with release readiness testing.
• Document and maintain processes and procedures.
• Provide support and training internally and externally.
• Mentor junior team members.
