Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking a hands-on Payroll & HR Systems Advisor to join the busy people team in West London on a 6-month FTC. You will own payroll administration for around 700 permanent employees on a 4/5-weekly payroll cycle, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

The role also covers HR systems administration and data management, with opportunities to improve processes. A proactive, team-oriented approach and strong Excel skills are essential; UKG experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Payroll administration experience with end-to-end processing.
• Experience managing payroll for a medium-sized employee population.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll for ~700 employees.
• Ensure payroll changes are processed accurately and on time.
• Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
