NRL in Glasgow is seeking a Payroll Analyst/Assistant on a 12-month contract to support payroll and HR systems. You will process payroll data, maintain records, and generate reports, working in a hybrid setup with exposure to payroll operations within a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and upload payroll and HR data into payroll and related systems.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Support regular and ad-hoc data uploads, including new starters, leavers, and benefits updates.
• Perform data validation checks and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Assist in maintaining HRIS workflows, data structures, and templates.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc payroll reports for Finance and HR teams.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
• Handle basic payroll queries, escalating complex issues as required.
