Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst SAP Payroll Implementation to drive data integrity during the SAP payroll migration. You will work with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and partners to ensure accurate data, support testing, and enable a smooth go-live.

This 12-month FTC role is hybrid from the Horsforth office, with an anticipated start toward the end of October. Strong Excel, SQL and data validation skills are essential, as is knowledge of GDPR and payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with payroll data and processes.
• Experience supporting payroll implementations, migrations or transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to resolve complex data issues.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query) with intermediate SQL capability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, and validate payroll and employee data during SAP Payroll implementation.
• Support data migration activities (ETL, mapping, reconciliation).
• Develop data validation processes and resolve data quality issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, and Parallel Payroll Testing to ensure accuracy of payroll outputs.
• Produce dashboards and data quality reports for governance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and partners to meet milestones.
