Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst SAP Payroll Implementation to lead data integrity and migration for a SAP Payroll rollout. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external vendors to ensure accurate employee and payroll data and a seamless go-live.

This 12-month FTC role is hybrid from the Horsforth office, with a start planned for late October. You will apply your data expertise to validate, test and report on data quality while supporting governance and

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with payroll data, payroll systems and payroll processes.
• Previous experience supporting a payroll implementation, migration or transformation project.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate and resolve complex data issues.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and complex formulas, with intermediate SQL capability.
• Experience conducting data validation, reconciliation and payroll testing activities (SIT, UAT and parallel runs).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, cleanse and validate payroll and employee data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the SAP Payroll implementation.
• Support data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), mapping and reconciliation between legacy and SAP systems.
• Develop and execute data validation processes, identifying and resolving data quality issues, discrepancies and anomalies.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Payroll Testing, ensuring payroll calculations and outputs are accurate.
• Produce and maintain project dashboards, data quality reports and management information to support programme governance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external implementation partners to deliver project milestones and resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure payroll data is managed in line with GDPR, payroll legislation, HMRC requirements and company governance standards.
• Provide analytical insights, recommendations and risk assessments to support decision-making and ensure successful project delivery.
