Aramark is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst SAP Payroll Implementation to drive the data workstreams for a payroll transformation. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to ensure accurate migration of employee and payroll data and support testing and go-live.

The role is a 12-month FTC, hybrid from Horsforth, Leeds, with a competitive salary of £45,000, 25 days leave, and enhanced benefits. Strong Excel, Power Query and SQL skills are essential.

Formación

• Significant experience working with payroll data, payroll systems and payroll processes.
• Experience supporting a payroll implementation, migration or transformation project.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables and Power Query; intermediate SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, cleanse and validate payroll and employee data for SAP Payroll implementation.
• Support data migration activities: ETL, mapping and reconciliation between legacy and SAP systems.
• Develop data validation processes and resolve quality issues and anomalies.
• Support SIT, UAT and Parallel Payroll Testing; ensure accurate payroll outputs.
• Produce dashboards and reports to support programme governance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external partners to meet milestones.
• Ensure data handling complies with GDPR, payroll legislation and governance.
