Job summary

Saica Group, including Saica Flex, seeks a Payroll & Finance Coordinator to provide essential finance, payroll, and HR support at our Buxton site. You will help ensure accurate monthly and year-end reporting and payroll processing, collaborating with Finance Shared Service Centre, Central HR, and Head Office.

The role offers a varied, rewarding workload with opportunities to contribute to financial and HR administration while supporting site management and employees.

Qualifications

• Finance qualification or relevant finance/accounting education.
• Previous experience within Finance, Accounting, Payroll, or Administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and year-end financial reporting with Finance Controller.
• Support payroll processing and HR administration for site staff.
• Assist with cost analysis, overhead reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and audit requirements.
• Maintain site fixed assets and processing of AP/invoices.
• Coordinate with site management for financial and payroll queries.
