Job summary

Saica Group is seeking a Payroll & Finance Coordinator in the United Kingdom to provide on-site finance, payroll and HR support. You will ensure accurate and timely data flow between the site, the Finance Shared Service Centre, central HR and Head Office, with a focus on payroll and month-end results.

You will handle HR administration, contracts, holidays, and attendance queries, supporting line managers and contributing to KPI reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, payroll and accounting processes.
• Ability to provide HR admin support and payroll queries.
• Experience with month-end reporting and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage site finance responsibilities and ensure timely monthly/year-end close.
• Handle payroll processing and HR administration on site.
• Coordinate HR administration and processes with People Manager and central HR.
• Administer employment contracts, holidays, and absence records; support induction for new starters.
