Royal Mail in Sheffield is seeking a Payroll & Support Specialist to join the Pay Services team. The role supports data accuracy across payroll systems, handling templates, exceptions, and stakeholder queries in a hybrid setup with four days in the office and one day remote.

You’ll be part of a team of over 100 colleagues responsible for maintaining accurate employee and pay data across our payroll systems. Working within the Data Integrity and Template Management team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring organisational structures, positions, and payroll data are accurate, compliant and up to date.
You’ll also support payroll activity, manage exceptions and queries, and work closely with key stakeholders including line managers and Workforce Planning, helping us deliver excellent customer service every day.
