As a Payroll Data Administrator, you'll be part of a team of over 100 colleagues responsible for maintaining and managing employee records and payroll information across one of the UK’s largest workforces.
You will be working within a team responsible for the payroll data management and maintenance of several company pension schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll pension processes are delivered accurately on time, and in full compliance with auto-enrolment legislation, scheme rules, and statutory requirements.
Royal Mail operate a large weekly (70k) and monthly (50k) payroll. You will support the wider delivery of Payroll processes accurately to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. You'll respond to queries with a professional, customer-first approach, identifying and escalating service issues promptly.
