A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to manage confidential information with discretionIt would be advantageous to have experience managing complex pay calculations such as compressed hours, overtime, and varying pay structures, as well as familiarity with pensions administration and HMRC reportingStrong organisational and time management skills, together with proficiency in IT - particularly Excel - and experience using FMP or Staffology payroll software, would also be highly desirable,
