What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Manage, coordinate, and coach the team’s daily tasks to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance of GXO payroll services.
• Provide advice on complex payroll issues and act as an escalation point for legislative or system concerns.
• Support the integration of payroll project developments into routine payroll processes.
• Oversee resolution of pay-related queries via phone or SNOW ticketing system.
• Ensure payroll data and reports are routinely checked and errors resolved promptly.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in a fast-paced payroll role, with exposure to occupational pension schemes; experience with ADP Global View is a plus.
• Knowledge of Irish Payroll, HMRC guidance, and payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency with IT systems, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
