Quandoo is seeking a Growth and Retention Manager to enhance partner engagement within the restaurant industry in Scotland. This remote role focuses on building strong relationships, driving growth through upselling, and supporting a diverse portfolio of restaurant partners while requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, we are looking for a relationship/account manager to initiate meaningful engagement with existing restaurants and restaurant groups within your territory to achieve the ultimate target of retaining and upskilling your partner base. As Growth and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by managing a portfolio of restaurants, as well as becoming a product expert on the Quandoo platform.
You will be responsible for driving additional growth through upselling to your partner base in your territory and managing the lifecycle of all newly signed merchants once set live by the Onboarding Team.
This is a remote-based role where travel may be required to meet business demands. You will work directly with the UK Leadership Team to promote the right behaviors through strong communication skills and act as a brand ambassador for Quandoo's core values.
We are seeking someone with strong relationship-building experience in a fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality, account management, and/or sales is preferable as we grow our business.
