Job description

Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, we are looking for a relationship/account manager to initiate meaningful engagement with existing restaurants and restaurant groups within your territory to achieve the ultimate target of retaining and upskilling your partner base. As Growth and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by managing a portfolio of restaurants, as well as becoming a product expert on the Quandoo platform.

You will be responsible for driving additional growth through upselling to your partner base in your territory and managing the lifecycle of all newly signed merchants once set live by the Onboarding Team.

This is a remote-based role where travel may be required to meet business demands. You will work directly with the UK Leadership Team to promote the right behaviors through strong communication skills and act as a brand ambassador for Quandoo's core values.

We are seeking someone with strong relationship-building experience in a fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality, account management, and/or sales is preferable as we grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and take full responsibility for your partner base, aiming to increase usage, ensure payments, boost bookability, and meet retention targets.
  • Train, educate, and upskill your portfolio on the evolving technology solutions offered by Quandoo.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Confidently communicate with potential partner restaurants, chains, and hotels.
  • Manage and meet monthly call targets to retain restaurants on our SaaS platform.
  • Achieve a minimum number of calls per week as set by your Line Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth and expand usage within your customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships within your territory to grow your merchant base.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new locations or areas of interest.
  • Effectively communicate Quandoo’s value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Report on industry-specific promotions and trends.
  • Conduct regional market analysis and competitive assessments for strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience with digital platforms and/or tech-centric companies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate product and service features clearly.
  • Ability to position products competitively.
  • Hospitality industry experience is advantageous.
