Michael Page is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial services firm based in the City of London. They are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team for an immediate start, with the potential for the role to become long-term. The ideal candidate will have experience in both payroll and benefits administration!

Our client is well established within their market and offers a newly refurbished office located in the heart of the City of London, providing excellent transport links and a comfortable working environment.

Description

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

1. Lead payroll processing for both US and Canadian entities
2. Accurately process payroll for up to 100 employees
3. Contribute to upcoming internal projects and initiatives
4. Administer employee benefits, including pensions, private health care, life assurance, and season ticket loans
5. Liaise with benefits providers to manage enrolments, changes, and terminations
6. Oversee annual renewals and open enrolment periods
7. Support benefits reporting, benchmarking, and cost analysis
8. Advise employees on available benefits and the claims process
9. Maintain and update HR and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy
10. Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding, offboarding, and contractual updates
11. Assist with audits by providing relevant documentation for internal and external reviews
12. Recommend and implement process and system improvements for greater efficiency

Profile

The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start, with over 4 years of payroll processing experience. Experience with ADP Celergo is advantageous.
