Job summary

Grafton Haymes is seeking a Payroll Benefits Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract in London. You will oversee the monthly payroll process, ensure accuracy, and liaise with the outsourced provider to improve controls and reporting.

You will also manage employee benefits, renewals, and pension administration, while supporting salary benchmarking and remuneration processes. The role requires strong payroll experience, UK payroll legislation knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously

Qualifications

• Strong practical payroll experience with knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pensions.
• Experience administering employee benefits programmes including annual renewals.
• Ability to review outputs, identify issues and drive process improvements with an outsourced provider.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll process for the London office and meet deadlines.
• Manage employee benefits enrolments, changes and leavers; respond to queries.
• Support pension administration and salary benchmarking as part of remuneration cycle.
• Collaborate with brokers/external providers to improve benefits offering and value.
