Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd represents a well-established employer in the UK payroll sector. A 12-month FTC role requires accurate monthly payroll processing for all staff and collaboration with the Payroll Advisor/Manager to ensure timely payments and reporting.

You will handle month-end journals, year-end tasks (P60, P11D) and HMRC compliance, while maintaining employee records and supporting Pension and Private Healthcare administration. Hybrid working with 2 in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Tax and NI compliance requirements and processes.
• Pensions administration including auto enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Input and process monthly payroll for all employees with the Payroll Advisor/Manager.
• Assist with month-end payroll journals and accounting reports.
• Assist with year-end tasks: FPS, EPS, P60, P11D, PSA, Tax Award Scheme.
• Reconcile and pay Tax and National Insurance accurately and on time.
• Deduct employee contributions and handle payments to related bodies.
