Job summary

Kaluza seeks a Payroll Manager for a 12-month FTC based in London. You will run end-to-end monthly payroll using WorkDay, ensure PAYE/NI processing and HMRC RTI submissions, and manage starters and leavers while maintaining compliance across UK and international payroll obligations.

You will work closely with Finance and HR to analyse payroll data, produce management reports, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end monthly payroll using WorkDay.
• Knowledge of UK payroll, PAYE, NI and pension compliance.
• Experience with global payroll and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations using WorkDay.
• Ensure PAYE/NI processing and HMRC RTI submissions.
• Handle starters, leavers and payroll amendments.
• Prepare payroll reports and variance analysis.
• Liaise with Finance and HR on payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with pension and benefits administration.
