Our Team

We are looking for a Payroll Benefits Analyst to support our Payroll Benefit Specialist, responsible for a global benefits portfolio. You will work closely with HR, Reward, and Payroll teams, assisting with daily operations and interacting regularly with tax, HR, and Reward teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in processing benefits, pensions, bonuses, and payments accurately.
• Maintain payroll benefits records and ensure timely data feed into payroll systems.
• Prepare input and load benefit data into UK (Workday) and international (Cloudpay) payroll systems.
• Reconcile pension schemes and related inputs.
• Manage share options and RSUs related to payroll (using Morgan Stanley’s Shareworks platform).
• Support payroll data entry and invoice payments.
• Respond to payroll and benefit queries via ticketing system.
• Prepare ad hoc payments and tasks as needed.
• Liaise professionally with internal and external clients.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in HR/payroll benefits roles.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• High IT literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience in high-growth or tech startup environments, preferably with global exposure.
