Triumph Consultants Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Pay and Benefits Support Advisor to deliver accurate payroll and benefits services to managers, employees and third-party customers. The role is a 6-month contract with scope to become permanent.

You will process HR and payroll data in iTrent, respond to payroll enquiries, and perform manual calculations for statutory absence, overpayments and pensions. You will also help drive payroll improvements while ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifikationen

• Payroll administration competency to NVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent.
• Experience providing payroll advice and guidance in an advisory role.
• Experience delivering transactional payroll services to deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of PAYE, statutory absence calculations and pension scheme regulations, including LGPS/Teachers.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and able to analyse detailed payroll information accurately.

Aufgaben

• Process HR and payroll data accurately in iTrent, maintaining records in line with audit, SLA and payroll deadlines.
• Respond to payroll enquiries and provide clear pay and benefits advice in line with policy, legislation and statutory requirements.
• Complete manual calculations for statutory absence, overpayments, year-end values and pensions, and provide accurate information to pension providers.
• Investigate complex pay issues, transactional errors and audits to support accurate and timely salary payments.
• Support service improvements, payroll system development, third-party claims, Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information requests.
