Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is partnering with a Wimborne-based organisation to recruit a Payroll Associate on a permanent basis. You will handle 3 daily umbrella payrolls, update margins accurately, and liaise with clients to ensure timely payroll delivery.

Onboarding of new starters and leavers, plus supporting team members, are also part of the role as we look to improve and streamline payroll processes. The ideal candidate has 1+ year payroll experience, strong Excel and Microsoft skills, good

Qualifications

• 1+ year payroll experience.
• Experienced in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
• Good customer service & communication.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Appetite for improving and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing 3 daily umbrella payrolls.
• Update umbrella payroll margins accurately and in line with client agreements.
• Communicate and liaise with clients where required.
• Complete onboarding of new starters/leavers.
• Support team members where required.
