Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control in Wimborne is seeking a Payroll Associate on a permanent basis. You will join a growing team and contribute to accurate payroll processing and client service.

Responsibilities include processing 3 daily umbrella payrolls, updating margins, onboarding and liaising with clients. The ideal candidate has 1+ year payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of payroll experience.
• Experience with umbrella payrolls or payroll processing is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and able to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Process 3 daily umbrella payrolls.
• Update payroll margins in line with client agreements.
• Communicate with clients as needed.
• Complete onboarding of new starters/leavers.
• Support team members as required.
