Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Egham is offering a Payroll Apprentice role at their European Head Office. The apprenticeship lasts 18 months with regular in-work sessions and guidance from industry trainers. You will learn payroll processing end-to-end while earning £17,850 per year and benefiting from a structured training program.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with a designated study day. No prior payroll experience is required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Payroll training will be provided.
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Good numerical and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Entering payroll data from start to finish.
• Reconciling payroll ledgers and ad-hoc queries.
• Preparing payroll entries for posting to the general ledger.
• Assisting with monthly payroll reporting and reconciliations.
• Supporting pensions training and HMRC compliance.
