This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our Payroll & Benefits team, responsible for administering company benefits, maintaining data accuracy across systems, and providing excellent customer service to our co-workers for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee information within the payroll system, including processing starters and leavers.
  • Process monthly payrolls, including statutory and company payments.
  • Administer employee benefits on the benefits platform, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain benefits data for new starters, leavers, and benefit changes.
  • Complete reporting, reconcile cover and deductions, and securely provide information to third parties.
  • Update pension contributions, auto-enrolments, and contribution changes.
  • Assist with benefits uptake reporting and communication to improve engagement.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Process invoices from benefit providers for correct and timely payments.
  • Deliver monthly benefits presentations to new starters.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills and rapport-building ability.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
