Resourcing Coordinator – MAT COVER
£36,000 pro rata (£21,600)
22.5 hours - Ideally 3 full days but happy to consider alternatives
Hybrid – 1 day in the office with occasional travel to sites
12 months fixed term contract

We are looking for a driven individual to help build our hiring pipeline and support our Operations Teams by identifying the best talent across a variety of roles and locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter looking to work for a business that is in a period of growth and one that wants to brighten people’s journeys through life.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing Department Manager recruitment for your region
• Posting roles on job boards/social media
• Proactively searching for talent across multiple platforms
• Liaising with Site Operations Managers to support their recruitment needs
• Supporting with new units opening across the country
• Conducting pre-screens/interviews
• Supporting with arranging interviews/offer process
• Delivering feedback to both managers and candidates on interviews
• Reviewing job descriptions/vacancy templates and amending as required
• Managing multiple email inboxes
• Completing regular reports on recruitment
• Applicant Tracking System administration
• Ad hoc project work

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Previous experience delivering 360 recruitment is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook applications
• A proactive, helpful attitude with a genuine desire to support others
• Ability to manage a busy workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work even when busy
• Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
