Job summary

The Education for Industry Group is seeking an experienced HR Payroll and Analytics Manager to lead payroll, HR data and people systems across the Group. You will ensure accurate, compliant operations and deliver insightful analytics to support planning and decision‑making.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee payroll, pensions, contracts, statutory reporting and recruitment processes, driving continuous improvement and a high‑quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience managing payroll, HR data and HR systems with team leadership and recruitment oversight.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment law and HR compliance.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills with advanced Excel and data presentation.
• Proactive, customer-focused with collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll, pensions, contracts and statutory reporting.
• Ensure HR data integrity and accurate HR reporting.
