Working within the payroll team as part of the Finance department.
We seek a candidate with a strong payroll background (minimum 5 years) who can demonstrate extensive payroll experience in the UK and preferably other countries.
The payroll team is responsible for gathering and collating information from other departments, processing complex payroll items including RSUs and Stocks. Once reconciled, accurate and compliant instructions are communicated to third-party bureaus to ensure timely processing of payrolls across approximately 27 countries and over 2700 employees in the EMEA region.
The successful candidate must be professional, confident in working with individuals at all levels and external vendors and customers.
You will need to meet tight deadlines, handle sensitive information confidentially, and demonstrate strong relationship-building, written, and oral communication skills.
