Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll Onboarding Consultant in Manchester City Centre to join a dynamic, growing payroll team. You will provide payroll advice and support to Business Development Managers and new and prospective clients, helping convert prospects by showcasing our services with a commercial edge.

You will work in a collaborative environment, build strong relationships with BDMs, and help develop the New Business Support Team while advancing your payroll expertise and

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with the BDMs.
• A "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively within the team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong time management skills ability to manage own diary.
• Commercial focused payroll advice.

Responsibilities

• To provide payroll advice and support to BDMs and new and prospective clients by telephone and email.
• To aid converting deals by showcasing services with a commercial edge and guiding clients through the process.
• To log all advice and cases onto the bespoke internal system and manage ongoing cases.
• To critique prospective clients' documents and provide reports for BDMs to use as sales tools.
• To attend training sessions and company events and support the New Business Support Team.
