Job summary

C&C Group seeks a dynamic Payroll Administrator to join the UK & Ireland payroll function. This part-time role (3 days a week) places you at the heart of a major transformation across our payroll operations, helping modernise and automate processes while delivering accurate monthly and statutory payments.

You will work cross-functionally with HR, Finance and operations, manage queries with empathy, and contribute to documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally multi-site or complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Irish payroll legislation.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end payroll processing for UK and Ireland employees across multiple pay frequencies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP in line with current legislation.
• Coordinate year-end activities including P60s and HMRC submissions.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.
