Verallo Advisory LLP is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover. The role sits within the Payroll team, offering client‑facing exposure and responsibility for weekly and monthly payrolls, pension administration and CIS submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Familiar with RTI submissions and HMRC deadlines.
• Auto-enrolment/pension administration knowledge.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Process allocated client payrolls weekly and monthly from data to payslips, RTI submissions and client reporting.
• Manage pension administration for allocated clients, including auto enrolment.
• Prepare and submit monthly CIS returns for allocated clients, within HMRC deadlines.
• Prepare and submit BACS payment files for client net pay and HMRC liabilities.
• Handle client payroll queries and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients on deadlines and outstanding information.
• Process Verallo’s monthly payroll with final Partner review first.
• Follow documented payroll processes and keep them current.
• Complete a structured handover at the start and end of the term.
• Meet deadlines and ensure payrolls are accurate and compliant with HMRC.
