Royal Voluntary Service is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role involves managing payroll activities, ensuring accurate payments, and providing information to stakeholders. Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a pro-rata salary of £11,056 per annum (£24,187 FTE).
The payroll function at Royal Voluntary Service provides an end-to-end payroll service to employees. Ensuring that staff are paid correctly is the main priority of this support service.
You will plan, organise, coordinate, monitor, and carry out the processing of all payroll activities, ensuring all information is processed accurately in line with requirements, including balancing and closing the pay period.
Providing timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders as well as external organisations such as HMRC, pension providers, and other statutory bodies.
Previous payroll experience is essential for this role. Experience with Pento (UK Payroll) and HiBob Payroll and HR suites is especially desirable.
16 hours per week with rota to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Home-based with occasional national travel.
