We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Arabic Speaking – Manchester Based)

Remote – Manchester | Working on roles in the booming Saudi Market

Focus: Business Development & Client Acquisition

Salary: £2,000 per month + lucrative commission structure on top

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including break)

We are a Dubai-based executive search and recruitment consultancy who are looking for a relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant fluent in Arabic who can build pipelines, pitch services, and close client accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead business development efforts across the GCC and the UK, targeting new clients across high-demand industries (tech, finance, healthcare, energy, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on recruitment needs, market insights, and talent acquisition plans.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle - from client brief to candidate placement - with a focus on mid-to-senior-level hires.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch materials, and market intelligence reports to win new business and grow accounts.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, business development, or executive search.
• Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
• Based in Manchester.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines, pitch services, and close client accounts.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset - you’re excited by autonomy and ownership.
