About the Role

This growing, family-focused regional practice in Stratford-Upon-Avon is seeking a Payroll Administrator due to ongoing client growth.

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be the go-to professional, processing end-to-end payroll and serving as a trusted advisor for predominantly West Midlands-based clients. You will manage your own portfolio, delivering timely, accurate, and client-focused services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing client data monthly and weekly
  • Calculations for holiday pay, redundancy, CIS, SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.
  • Year-end reporting, P60s, RTI submissions, PAYE registration
  • Calculating and uploading auto-enrolment pension contributions
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience managing multiple payrolls in an accountancy practice or bureau
  • Proficiency with Sage Payroll and other relevant systems
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to use initiative, self-manage, multi-task, and meet deadlines
