Payroll Coordinator : Maternity Cover: 12 Month Contract
The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established global manufacturer of power generation, turbines, and combustion systems serving industries such as Marine, Petrochemical, Waste to Energy, Hospitals, Education, Offshore Oil and Gas, and Power Generation. Their extensive product range has earned them an excellent reputation across more than 100 countries. The ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Coordinator (Maternity Cover, 12 months) to join their successful team. The Payroll Coordinator will manage payroll administration through external providers for employees and contractors across various countries in the EMEA region. They will also be the main contact for employee-related accounting, including business expenses, corporate credit cards, and timesheets.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Processing time entries for project labour allocation, overtime, and overseas work
  2. Producing monthly payroll data for external payroll providers
  3. Presenting payroll documentation for approval by the Finance Manager
  4. Submitting payroll data to HMRC, payroll providers, and overseas authorities
  5. Managing company pension scheme data
  6. Resolving payroll queries
  7. Processing employee expenses
  8. Administering the corporate credit card scheme
The CANDIDATE

The ideal Payroll Coordinator will have:

  • Experience in a similar payroll role
  • Background in processing and analyzing payroll data
  • International payroll experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of Sage200 (desired)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
