Sopra Steria is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Newcastle team on a part-time basis. You will support a payroll and pensions service for around 6,500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role offers hybrid working with onsite attendance up to 3 days per week.
Responsibilities include processing new starters and changes, maintaining records, and handling pension and benefit deductions, while delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers.

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of an accurate and efficient payroll and pensions service for approximately 6,500 employees. Working within the dynamic People Hub, you'll help ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time while providing excellent customer service to employees, managers and stakeholders.
This is a part-time permanent opportunity, offering 22.5 hours per week across 3, 4 or 5 days, with hybrid working and attendance onsite up to 3 times per week in the Newcastle office.
