Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Payroll team for a Payroll Administrator. Reporting to the International Payroll Officer, this role is suited for a strong payroll administrator with great attention to detail, self-organization, and relationship-building skills. As Payroll Administrator, you will support our International Payroll team by providing effective administrative support to the international market and responding promptly to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.

What You'll Do

As Payroll Administrator, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the International Payroll team in the full payroll cycle
  • Issuing, collecting, and processing timesheets weekly
  • Supporting the International Payroll Officer with international benefits in each country
  • Being the first point of contact for queries related to family leave, sickness leave, annual leave, and holiday pay
  • Processing employee benefits such as Length of Service Awards, bonus payments, healthcare options, etc.
  • Collaborating with the International HR team to ensure timely delivery of employee lifecycle events, complying with policies and legislation
  • Processing adjustments and changes to employee records
  • Managing the Payroll Inbox, liaising with Store/Concession Managers and employees

Who You'll Be

To succeed as Payroll Administrator, you should have experience in a busy payroll environment, strong admin skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels are essential. Being organized, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused is crucial. A desire to develop your payroll career and stay updated on legislative changes is highly valued.
