We are looking for a passionate Payroll Administrator who embraces change, and has hands-on experience of working on payroll digital systems.

We are offering a permanent full-time position within our wider HR payroll and administration team. Some remote working is possible, but it is expected that you will be in the office 3 days per week.

About the Role

You will be responsible for all areas of payroll administration. Primarily, this involves maintaining data, running payroll reports, and ensuring all data is accurate in alignment with deadlines.

What You Will Do

As Payroll Administrator you will process payroll for both white collar and blue-collar colleagues, conduct manual processes, calculate sickness schemes and build stakeholder relationships throughout the business.

Who You Are

We would love to hear from you if you have previous payroll administration experience, along with the following skills:

• Strong excel experience.
• High level of IT and system skills –having worked with ADP, Workday or similar.
• ADP Global View experience would be highly beneficial.
• The ability to work both accurately and to tight deadlines.
• Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and using your own initiative.
• Able to work positively in a change environment.
• Previous payroll experience within a manufacturing environment.
