Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a Basildon-based, part-time temporary role, three days a week, with an immediate start.

You will manage end-to-end payroll for two entities, handling weekly and monthly payrolls, starters and leavers, and payroll queries during a system migration from Sage to BrightPay.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience required.
• Experience processing both weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Sage and/or BrightPay experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process two payrolls across two entities.
• Handle weekly payroll for ~115 employees.
• Handle monthly payroll for ~70 employees.

We are pleased to be working with an established organisation in Basildon looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 days a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing two payrolls across two entities
• Weekly payroll of approximately 115 employees
• Monthly payroll of approximately 70 employees
• Managing starters, leavers, statutory payments and payroll queries
• Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance
• Supporting a payroll system migration from Sage to BrightPay

Requirements:

• Previous end-to-end payroll experience
• Experience processing both weekly and monthly payrolls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Sage and/or BrightPay experience advantageous
