Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Basildon is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a friendly team on a temporary basis, three days a week.

You will manage two payrolls across two entities, handling a weekly payroll for around 115 employees and a monthly payroll for about 70, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing. Sage and/or BrightPay experience is advantageous.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

• End-to-end payroll experience required.
• Experience with weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Experience with Sage and/or BrightPay is advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing two payrolls across two entities
• Weekly payroll of approximately 115 employees
• Monthly payroll of approximately 70 employees
• Managing starters, leavers, statutory payments and payroll queries
• Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance
• Supporting a payroll system migration from Sage to BrightPayRequirements:

• Experience processing both weekly and monthly payrolls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Sage and/or BrightPay experience advantageous
