Job summary

Ticket Tailor is hiring two Payment Product Engineers to lead the development of a brand-new payments product and extend existing payment integrations. You will work in a small team with a Product Manager, Architects, and the Head of Product Design to deliver secure, high-volume payment solutions.

You will drive impact for event organisers by focusing on what matters to customers, using AI-native approaches to improve quality and speed, and owning the end-to-end delivery of features from problem

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-scale payment integrations.
• Understanding of PCI DSS and related compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a product team with PMs.
• Interest in AI-native tooling and evolving workflows.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend the new payments product and existing payment integrations.
• Assess customer impact and iterate using signals.
• Maintain architecture with clean, modular services.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, architects.
• Explore AI tools to improve velocity and quality.
• Own delivery from problem to shipping.
