Job summary

Paymentology is hiring a Product Manager to lead the International Money Movement initiative. You will bridge vision and execution, shaping strategy, coordinating with engineering, sales, compliance and data teams, and owning the roadmap from ideation through launch.

This role suits a seasoned PM with 8+ years in international payments, who can build 0→1 products in a fast, resource-light environment, measure impact with analytics, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in international payments.
• Experience launching 0→1 products and scaling them.
• Strong knowledge of international payments, remittance, and cross-border payments.
• Proficiency with APIs and reading technical flows; data-driven decisions using analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for an AI-enabled international money movement product.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud and commercial teams to drive development.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical flows for development teams.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, optimisation and scaling.
• Plan and execute product launches with sales and marketing; gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders; stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.
